Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your location. Some items may arrive sooner. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Do you ship across the United States?
Yes, we ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required. You will see this reflected automatically at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes are not always possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, contact us at support@shopalvore.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before the order ships.

Tracking

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly. You can also visit our Track Order page at any time.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. What should I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, especially during transit between carriers. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, reach out to us at support@shopalvore.com and we'll look into it for you.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at support@shopalvore.com with your order number and reason for the return. For full details please see our Return Policy.

I received the wrong item or my item arrived damaged. What do I do?
That's on us and we'll fix it. Email support@shopalvore.com with your order number and a photo of the item and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and process your return, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Products

Are the products you sell tested or reviewed before listing?
Yes. We only list products we have personally used, tested, or done thorough research on. If something doesn't hold up to our standards we remove it. That's something we take seriously.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Warranty coverage varies by product. Where a manufacturer warranty applies it will be listed on the product page. If you have a specific question about a product's warranty reach out to us before purchasing and we'll give you a straight answer.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
