Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package every step of the way.
How to Track
Step 1: Check your email for a shipping confirmation from Alvore. This email contains your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
Step 2: Click the tracking link in the email, or enter your tracking number at 17track.net — this works for all major carriers we ship with.
Step 3: If your order was just shipped, allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the system before checking.
Shipping Times
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your location. If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order hasn't arrived, please get in touch with us.
Can't Find Your Tracking Number?
Check your spam or junk folder first — shipping emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@shopalvore.com with your order number and we'll send it over.
Need More Help?
If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days or your package appears stuck, reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.
